Really poor - ordered some face masks for a hen party. They weren’t cheap and paid for priority delivery and then they never arrived as advised. Delayed in issue by to Royal Mail by the Printster. Received no apologies and no update re the delay. Would not recommend- save your money and use another company

Made an order and paid for a delivered date. It didn’t come for that date and I was refused a refund. I was then told that the reason I couldn’t have a refund for it was that it was an estimate date, which it didn’t say when I purchased.

Offering a more expensive postage fee that doesn’t have the guarantee of either delivery or refund if it doesn’t come on time is like offering a lottery ticket. You get to pay for the privilege of rolling the dice and a potential outcome.

Poor customer service. Won’t be using them again.

I ordered 40 photo coasters with Gift Boxes for gifts for Gifts for our customers. The coasters are fine but, Printster ran out of Gift Boxes and so sent me 40 loose coasters in a box. These coasters are no good without Gift Boxes. Why did someone from Prinster get in touch before dispatching loose coasters? After I called Prinster I was told that the Gift Boxes would be back in stock this week and they will send the Gift Boxes to me. Not impressed with Prinsters Customer Service. I will wait and see.

I ordered 35 bespoke design mugs. Quality and customer service both excellent. Price very good too. Was particularly impressed they took the time to advise that initial quality of design I provided was not very good - would recommend this company 100%.
