Customer service is shocking. Despite advertising certain services on their website (formulation of bespoke blends) they don't provide them. Gentleman I spoke to about this was very cold and his attitude and tone basically communicated 'I don't care, buzz off'. Even if they offered the service I was looking I would not go near this company.

Unfortunately let down by the lack of communication and service quality. Several orders placed over the last 2 years but when items are out of stock they continue to keep selling them - no notifications of when back in stock and always results in me having to chase them up to get an update. They could easily reduce the number of queries and complaints by just having an inventory system in place which shows when items are out of stock rather than having customers pay for items and then not know when they will show up.

I am very shocked to see this company is going downhill. Previously I used to have an account manager and she was really helpful. We are small seller and we plan accordingly to delivery date PLN provides, but it is very disappointing that they have been missing deadlines means we have been struggling with stock. Despite being supportive they rather found very laid-back. I use them due to some ingredients other supplier cannot source. I never been happy with their third grade, poor packaging.

I cannot recommend this company at all.

I placed an order with them in January 2021 and they quoted me 8-10 weeks lead time. 5 MONTHS LATER, they still had not delivered the supplements as promised (but had taken my money).

They then attempted to produce the supplements and messed it up and they were not usable. After several back and forths, they turned around and cancelled the job.

I was out of stock for a total of 3 months whilst waiting on this company and then finding a new supplier... it was horrendous and very stressful.

To top it all off... it took them nearly 7 weeks to process the refund after cancelling the job.

Trying to talk to their account managers was a complete waste of time, they do not care about you or your small business.

Edit: Extremaly long time of realisation. Right now it takes over 8 months, which is absolutely bad for small buisness, because I have zero items in my shop.

Few times my company had to wait really long time for products, but after some time and few e-mails situation has changed - now we have got clear information about waiting time and they really had send it like they promised.

Avoid I ordered an item 2/3/17 told it would be delivered in ten days. That's the first lie.

Got in contact 20 days later told it had been dispatched. It would be with me if it wasn't. 2nd lie it's still not.

Customer service. 3rd lie refusing to answer my 3rd email.

Cannot fault them, and I tried!!

I have watched from afar since this company started and I got the chance to visit them as part of a pre-audit exercise a short while before they expanded and moved to even larger factory/premises. In my experience it's usually very clear very quickly into a visit what level of professionalism the organisation has and what they truly care about - and I could not fault the owners, the management nor the staff in any way.

I was there for a full day and I reviewed: all of their key operational processes (and checked staff actually followed them!); their raw materials and the finished goods; their stock handling and storage facilities and practices; the goods in/dispatch areas; the clean rooms where the raw materials are processed into the products they sell; the equipment used in manufacture and packaging; the back offices and at the time they had a small shop front area as well - the list goes on but you get the idea, I went through everything.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys,. If you're reading the older reviews and getting concerned, do yourselves a favour and ignore the bad reviews that relate to known-problematic voucher schemes, they're not representative of the business at all.

The child of a man on the phone kept speaking over me and hung up on me 3 times because he couldn't answer when my order was going to be despatched his excuse he's had a really bad day and this makes it acceptable does it?
What kind of customer service is that? Hanging up on a customer.. wow!! Wowcher said my order was already despatched and should have been with me on the 16th. I ordered on the 6th.. and he said the Wowcher orders would be sent out at the end of the week but couldn't give me a day or a estimated delivery day or anything at all. He was useless and an arrogant, smug, absolute joke! When I called his customer service a joke he then called me a joke and continued to shout have a nice day down the phone and hang up. I asked if I could take his name and he said no so I then asked to speak to someone higher he said he was the only one there so I asked if he was the Manager his reply was I don't know. He was clearly playing games with me. I would rather rip my money up then give it to this company! Absolute disgrace.
