Came all the way from Surrey to have my power steering fixed by Yan, and would recommend him to anyone needing the same!
Other garages had quoted me far higher prices, far longer waiting times, and additional extras I did not need. Yan was upfront about the (very good!) cost, the timescale, and focused on what actually needed fixing. My car had been with another mechanic for about six months with the problem gone worse. But power steering was recommended to me. Within two days, Johnson and his team had resolved the problem completely and went way and beyond to clean the vehicle thoroughly inside out; all at a cheaper cost. They resolved the engine leakage, the steering system, the valves and all faults that appeared on the dashboard. Now my Nissan drives as new again. I highly recommend them.

I had spent 2 weeks trying to find the cause of a knocking noise on my MK7 Fiesta and eventually had it down to the steering rack. I called local garages who were "Going to get back to me" and also I would have to wait weeks for a timeslot.
I called Yan at Pro Power Steering at around 11am and amazingly he not only had a steering rack in stock but offered to try to get it fitted same day for a very reasonable price. I dropped the car off around 12:15 and by 3pm I was returning home job done despite some very rusted subframe bolts that required some additional attention.
I think it's important to recognise the experience and expertise as well as equipment and business running costs that are involved in order to provide such a service.
100% recommended. Definitely the place to go.

Pro Power gave me excellent service for a refurbished steering rack on an F Pace Jag.
They posted to Weston Super Mare with no problems and on time. Although my garage had some problems Pro Power assisted in every way they could. I would highly recommend this company. 👍

We had a van that had been off the road for 2 years. It needed the power steering rack replaced completely and needed full MOT and service to get it road worthy again. Yan was very helpful and his constant communication with us was very good and extremely helpful. Yan kept us up to date with other issues with the van and always got our permission and made us aware of costs before carrying out the work. Yan was aware that we were desperate to get the van back to us as soon as possible and he completed all work very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
