I arranged an initial catch up meeting this morning with Dr Michael Stephenson. What a company,!! In less than an hour’s conversation, his guidance and direction has already enabled me to save 792 man hours lost time to Non Value Added work. Just by making a 5% change in one area I can implement immediately, “Amazing”. Looking forward to implementing those changes on Monday and start to gain from those benefits.
