First-class service, Clean tidy well run workshop, all staff very well presented in protyre uniform, very warm welcome. I had a free vehicle inspection carried out was brought to my attention wheel alignment slightly out so I've now had that rectified first class service, thank you.

Booked a service and air con refill online. The process was easy and upon arrival the staff were helpful. Attended at 3:30 to collect and I was told they were sent the wrong part but managed to source another one same day. So it was being fitted at that moment. Great service.

Got 4 tyres changed today by Andy, from start to finish it was excellent service. Burt was really helpful and provided me with a competitive quote for air con re-gas whilst I waited. Excellent customer service will definitely be back. Thank you.

Seriously damaged an alloy wheel fitting new tyres and then claimed they were already damaged when i pointed it out. I understand accidents happen but don't lie & shirk your responsibility when they do!

I was reminded to post this review, as blackcircles has recommended them again 3yrs later and despite having previously left a 5 star review for fitting a set of winter tyres, wouldn't go near them with a barge pole now!

Would definitely recommend. Bought my car in for an MOT, it ended up needing a lot doing to it and they were amazing. They went above and beyond what I would expect and were incredibly helpful. They have also been very helpful with sorting out anything else that is happening with my car. Will always use them now and would recommend to anyone. Customer service is brilliant

Would definitely recommended Protyre to anyone. We experienced a puncture 200 miles from home and had to be at a wedding the next day. We couldn’t find anywhere that could fit a new tyre urgently until we came across Protyre. They offered to come in early on the Saturday morning after ringing at 6pm the day before.

They delivered an excellent service at a very good price and really go the extra mile for their customers!

Booked motorcycle tyres online, and confirmed price by phone call to dept, Manager saw I lived in the same home town and offered to pick up and return my wheels the same day (top bloke in my eyes). took the trip to Carterton meet the team all very nice and polite, 100% happy with service highly recommend for motorcycle tyres as not a single mark on my rims.

Great customer service. Got my MOT done and also had tyres replaced a couple of years ago. There's a waiting room and a coffee machine. Would recommend them for sure.
