Couldn’t recommend enough! Amazing shop with so many different types of treats, owners were very helpful and cant do enough for you while you’re in there!

I never leave reviews but after a few disappointing visits I feel like the feedback is needed. I had one visit where there was a note on the door saying the owners dog had had puppies so opening times were going to vary and the shop was shut (no updates on their Facebook), countless visits where they’ve had no stock and then my last visit the door was locked with the open sign but the back door was wide open, I waited as I asked the lady in the shop opposite if she’d seen him and she said that he always just pops out and he’d be back. I waited nearly half an hour and then when he did turn up there was no apology or anything. He never had been friendly and always comes across quite rude and unfriendly. It’s a shame that businesses are run like this and the owner isn’t grateful for custom!

We supplied our food to pure raw treats back in March. As a small business gave a grace period for the delivery to arrive before being paid. Unfortunately they have failed to pay there bill since March. As a small company this is felt and in my opinion this kind of dishonesty should be highlighted.

First visit today & what a fantastic shop. Changing our dogs onto a raw diet couldn't have been easier, with knowledgeable, friendly staff who took time to explain & answer all our questions. Our dogs loved their visit particularly the rabbit ears !!

Really annoying to mess about parking in Cleckheaton to find the shop closed when its middle of the day. Just a sign explaining would be nice.

Just made my first visit into the shop after being recommended by a couple of friends and it didn’t disappoint, wasn’t 100% clued up on what would be the best food or treats for my dog but the owner knew his stuff and helped me pick out a few things to try out. One very happy dog later and I’ll definitely be back ?

They say delivery is Thursdays however mine never came, and I wasn't told why it hadn't showed up. Rang up and spoke to a guy who clearly didn’t want to speak to customers, no apology, just rude and abrupt. Refund wasn't processed for over a week and when I had to chase it, spoke to the same guy with a terrible attitude. He's either bad at his job and doesn't know what he's doing or just hates it. Won’t be using again.

Fantastic shop massive range of stock always very friendly and helpful when I call over!! He's also helped my 14 year old set up and stock a little dog treat business over in my dog friendly cafe ❤️ can't recommend jake or his shop enough
