I found out about PureSeal as I entered the trade and received some rust remover (Smelly Gel in PureSeal lingo) from a friend.
After I removed with easy an army of rust spots from a concrete floor, I registered my business with PureSeal. There is a brilliant community, all members are PureSeal customers so they can answer specific questions for specific scenarios while using PureSeal products.. Ton of support all round.

They also provide trainings so you can gain confidence in a classroom setup before you do some horrible stuff at your customers expensive home.

The owners and the delivery chain is going way over and beyond to keep up with us crazy people dying to get their products to our customers. Amazing products, fantastic support community and a place you can take your questions for actual concrete answers.

Customer service over the phone this morning (08/08/24 at 09:19am) was absolutely appealing! Just called them to enquire about delivery as we have been waiting to be able to place an order since end of last week due to ID check, finally was able to place an order yesterday. Lady (the nice one) said over the phone yesterday that all orders placed before 11am gets dispatched on the same day for overnight delivery (otherwise we would have gone and collected it without any issues). Of course as it hasn't arrived I thought I will give them a call. The woman who answered the phone sounded like she is in a massive rush and I should not be bothering her. She asked me like a school teacher WHEN DID YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER? Then she is just telling me no it doesn't get dispatched it needs special delivery which I honestly do understand but the lady who I spoke to yesterday knew it was HIPO and we could have easily picked it up but I had no choice in saying anything as she was just going to put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting when you pay a lot of money for delivery and you can't even enquire about it? Don't have a customer service line if you haven't got the right person on the other side of the phone.

Made an order 9 days ago after calling on the 8th day to see where my order was got told definitely being delivered next day waited in and nothing how can you organise work when you haven't got a clue if and when you will receive goods hefty £25 delivery charge too

Big thanks to Pureseal for getting a product to us in less than 24 hours. Had confirmation on a clean, ordered concrete and grout remove just after 10am yesterday morning and had arrived at 8.40am this morning... excellent service!!! Even with larger orders they are usually delivered well within their specified postal guidelines.

Would highly recommend this company, I bought the Rapid Strip Pro & Brick Seal Pro (both amazing products that do what they say on the tin!).

What impressed me the most, was Pureseal knew I was In a rush for the items, and even with their invoicing system being down, they dispatched the product without payment (very trusting!).

I obviously paid when the invoice came through after receipt of goods! Not many companies out there like this!

Avoid if you can. I placed my order (Order #10383) online and paid for delivery for Concrete Sealer Pro, Tinting Additive - Charcoal and Low Slip Granules. Delivery delayed and after a chat with them, a new date agreed for delivery (guaranteed delivery), so I got workers ready to work on the expected date. Waited and waited on the day, but no delivery. No call from them or any updates. After 3 attempts, I finally managed to speak with customer service who informed me my delivery won't be today but rather tomorrow. Despite my concerns she offered no apologies, was rude through the discussions. She finally laughed at me, gave sighs and hung up the phone.
