This company are at the top of the game I see a lot of negative comments but this is from users not installers. As an installer I pride in giving the client the full knowledge of the system and after care sales and Pyronix do the same they are literally always there to help if needed and there products speak for themselves. I’ve installed 100s of there systems over the last 15 years and never had any issues and none of my customers have either. Keep up the good work

There technical support team are brilliant especially Keith he’s walked me through how to program the two alarms I got tasked with absolutely brilliant and the patience of a saint with me doing this for the first time.

I brought this system knowing that the company sells to installers. Not end users. I am ok at DIY and was able to install the alarm. If I'd called out a company every time I needed changes it would have been expensive. However, many of the problems would not have occurred if it had been fitted by a professional.
Overall, its got better. My wifi set up is more robust, I know how to code keys, fit additional products, change batteries etc.
There are now more instructional videos on how to set the system up than there was when I first made my purchase (4 years ago).
My latest addition has been the light camera; this is excellent. Connection so far without fault; images superb, link to my phone instant.
Overall it is a great system that enables you to change/ adapt security for your own needs.
If your not competent at DIY electrics and wifi set up then get a professional installer. If your willing to learn and spend time then self installation is possible.
Having learned how it works I am very happy with my purchase.

Awful alarm system with a under developed app, and let’s not even talk about customer support as it is NON existent. My subscription ran out so I could not log into the app, no email received to say subscription has ran out instead when you try and log into the app all it says is go to the pyronixcould and allow permissions when all permissions are on. No notice to say subscription has ran out. What a joke of a system and I’m pretty sure the developers DO NOT use this rubbish alarm themselves.

Shocking Customer Service; sent numerous emails, letters, messages and made numerous phone calls. But no reply or acknowledgement.
It’s a shame, as the products are great…….but customer service is so bad; I would suggest looking at a competitor.

Dreadful company to deal with. They pride themselves as being secure but then give complete access to security installers (most likely strangers) and leave you locked out with no support. This should be illegal!

When an organisation won't allow a member of the public to speak to someone in their technical department, and insist that they should submit product questions by email, they make a mistake. How long would a conversation take, compared to a series (as it would need to be) of emails to type and hold the same conversation? How does it make the caller feel to know that the organisation has two classes of communication: instant for other businesses, but dragged out over a series of emails, that's inconvenient (but seemingly necessary) to both, for the public. Nobody and no organisation should ever be unwilling to talk to a direct or indirect potential customer, for they just might lose that potential order.
