Really helpful young guy at Aintree, explained what I wanted to do, he showed me the products available and how to construct them to get the look I needed. Definitely will be back there in future, the guy is an asset as you very rarely get staff that helpful anywhere!

The worst service ever met. Staff complete not interested to serve potential castomers. I wasn't decided what exactly product I really needed so instead try to help and convince me to choose something I herd: are you decide or buy something otherwise comeback when you know what you want, we are busy right now. Redicules, completely unprofessional

Been using quay plastics for over 10 years never had a problem with the products or the prices. Staff are always accommodating. Would reccomend quay plastics in liverpool to everyone!

Don't even bother trying this place, staff couldn't be less interested in serving me, didn't have the courtesy to stop what they were doing or even look at me and just barked one word answers from behind the counter. Your better travelling further for any products just to avoid the place.

The customer service in this place is terrible ! Staff rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant !
Been using them on and off for a few years and recommended them to lots of customers for plastic but will never use them again after reports back from customers on the way they have been treated and spoke to by the staff !!
I’ll be using Omega plastics in future !
