Been using quickbox for shipping boxes for several years now. Never had an issue with them until now. Not only has their postage prices become somewhat extortionate, after paying £50 for delivery my boxes, expected on the 23rd, are still not here. I know this is DHLs fault and not Quick box's, however paying so much for shipping, I would think a reliable service would be used. I've had to delay orders going out because of this which is really frustrating. I'm switching to a local manufacturer after this, cheaper and more reliable.

I would like to thank all the staff at Quickbox for the amazing service they all provided. Their website is a great tool to provide the customer with a way to design their own box regarding size shape printing etc. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Finding Quickbox was such a result! The first boxes we ordered were unavailable anywhere else unless we wanted to pay an extortionate sum but Quickbox not only made them to the exact dimensions we needed but also delivered them within a couple of days. We then needed outer cartons for overseas shipping and with my very simple explanation of what we wanted to achieve in terms of orientation we received, again in only a couple of days, the perfect boxes for our requirement. Absolutely delighted with every part of the service and will not look anywhere else from now on! Thank you!

Had a bulky item on eBay I was struggling to shift as collection only so needed to try and find a box for it. Went into Quickbox and there just so happened to be two boxes of the perfect size sat in the reception area. Rang the buzzer and was greeted by a very friendly woman who went off to find a very friendly gent who just gave me the boxes for free - apparently they were samples they had made for a commercial customer and were no longer needed. Changed my eBay listing to allow delivery and sold my item a few days later! Massive thanks!
