I cannot recommend R&A highly enough. The showroom with samples was the largest I saw and Rona really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped to find the perfect solution. The templating was really impressive kit and was a swift process. Fitters were also really friendly and helpful and diligent in getting everything just right. Worktops can be such a huge expense within the kitchen so it needs to be right and R&A did an amazing job for us thank you!

I am very pleased with my new worktop supplied and fitted by R & A Fabrications Ltd. From start to finish they made the experience such a positive one. I was particularly impressed with the high-tech measuring service with a large laser on a tripod and a number of post-its with dots on to take measurements directly onto a computer. Although I had my doubts when the worktops were installed but I needn’t have as they plopped directly onto my units without any adjustment being made. As I installed the units myself, I was delighted as they were not totally square!
The installers were great too and took time to explain the process they went through particularly with the peninsular join which I found really interesting and they certainly took time to make sure the join was level and as small as possible.
Overall, I must say it was a pleasure to deal with a company that take customer service seriously and really cares about delivering a great product from start to finish and answering my many questions along the way.
I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending R & A Fabrications Ltd, which is more than I can say about my fitting of a kitchen again 😊

From start to finish, this company is outstanding. The solid surface worktops are studding but what impressed me most was the two fitted and their passion and attention to detail. We are very happy with our new worktops and would thoroughly recommend R&A Fabrications Ltd after receiving great service from beginning to end. When visiting the showroom we were able to see not only many different options but we were also able to see examples of the slabs used to cut your work tops. The templating service was very efficient and Donna took the time to go through the options on edging styles to reassure us we had made the right choice. The installation also went very well and both visits to our home were made on time.

Fantastic experience! Very pleased with our worktops. The staff were helpful and flexible when we had to make changes after kitchen install. Installed it well and quickly. The email communication was clear. We really liked the caring personalised service. Just the type of local business UK needs more of :-).
