Rnb engineering is a total liars, very anprofessional company 🙄 don't know what they are doing. London and Quadrant used this "not fix for purpose company" to come and fix my window, what a joke of a company they are, one man came to survey the window, say he will order parts, low and below when the other guys came after two weeks, guess what, wrong parts have been ordered, so job not done to fix the window to get it open. Say they are coming today between 9-1pm, no one turn up, i call them, only excuses still my window not fix. RNB engineers you need to do better.

I had an external staircase made by them. Avoid at all cost.
- months of zero communication about timeline despite me chasing repeatedly
- manager in charge never responds
- unprofessional behaviour while in my property — playing with a ball, swearing continuously, and leaving my property without informing me that the job was done, leaving door wide open.
I cannot fully describe how frustrated I was with this company throughout the process. The above points do not cover it all.
It is a company that clearly does not care about its customers.
