From the very first email I sent to Radiator Cabinets uk with regards to my project I was treated to top class customer service and John was first class in offering support with regards to dimensions and product sizing in helping me find the right product to hide what was not a radiator but in fact a under floor heating manifold / waste pipe.. Thank you as I shall definitely return in the near future if I need a further product..

We ordered a radiator cover from them. I would say their customer service is really poor and they can’t deny this. Their product quality is good but if you have questions then only go to them if you only have quick enquiries as they are not patient. They are professional to a limit. We asked in depth questions purely because it was all relevant to decide if it’s suitable for our radiator with the fittings. At first we thought just one staff that was the problem as they said they can’t understand what we do not get just cause we asked more questions. But then came the delivery and it was right we asked as they were adamant that we simply had to just fit with screw driver of screws of what they provided but the fact that we were lucky that we did have our own drill but of course needed a bit more advice from their expertise to make sure we didn’t ruin the product as it was a mirror design. But they just assumed we were bad at diy that we won’t try then said can’t help us and told us they can refund. But we wanted the product but just needed some guidance as their instructions online were not provided for this. They even went to the extent to say they can’t take another order from us if we refund us because they spent so much time on it but which small business does not spend time to make products! We actually wanted to order for another room too but obviously not as I’m sure we are blacklisted just for needing a bit more customer support that businesses usually provide to customers.

But little did they know that a little patience should be what good customer service should be. A good product with intolerable customer service made our experience so bad. I mean, we wanted to keep the product because we think their product looks good but just not the right people running the business.

Absolutely love it the quality and finish is super. The company has been a pleasure to deal with .
Initially worried about the colour we had chosen . However John sent over picture very quickly via email to cast all our doubts away.
It matches our newly decorated lounge and i couldn't be more pleased.
This company will not disappoint if you chose to use them. We have had a floating cabinet in cafe colour pebble design excellent product

We found the website's step-by-step process for submitting measurements really easy to follow and to use, and the cabinet itself is really high quality. I couldn't really see how the easy access to the valve worked in advance, but it's dead easy. Well made product that looks really good! Very pleased indeed: you get what you pay for!
