Excellent customer service....you only find out how good a company is when things don't go to plan. Whilst my initial order was correct and despatched promptly, an item i ordered was damaged in transit. Alyssa responded to my email reporting the damage within the hour and a replacement was dispatched immediately.

Great family run business. Massive selection of spare parts. Managed to find what i needed straight away. Competitive prices. When the item was delivered, it was damaged unfortunately. I emailed them and had an instant response from Trisha and they sent a replacement straight away. Excellent communication and prompt replies. Can't fault them. Would buy again and 100% recommended company !

Words do not do justice to the excellent customer service I received from Ransom Spares. Ordered parts for my Hotpoint Cooker which arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the wrong parts. My fault. Contacted Ransom, and was immediately told to return them, for a full refund. They then told me the correct parts I needed, and I ordered them. Again with me in a couple of days. Cooker back to full function. If only every Customer Service was as good as Ransoms the world would be a better place. If I ever need more spare parts I will go straight to Ransom Spares.

Sent photo of model number inside dryer asked if it was correct part before dispatched. Was assured it was. Couldn’t believe it when it arrived too small and wrong part. Asked for a return label due to their incompetence. Got label emailed to me I had to pay postage to get their mistake returned. Sent it to ransom spares they’ve got that name right they hold your refund ransom till you pay for their mistakes 😳what a process you have to go through to rectify very tedious.

I ordered a part for my washing machine and paid for overnight delivery. The part arrived the next day but unfortunately had been damaged in transit and was unusable. I messaged the company through their website and to my surprise received a very speedy response by e-mail from customer services at 8.00 pm the same evening which was very impressive. I had sent an image of the damaged part and later that evening received confirmation from customer services that it would be replaced at no cost and sent the next day. It arrived a day later and this time was undamaged. The service I received from the customer service agents Alyssa and Asley was both prompt and efficient and I will certainly use this company again if I need replacement parts.

I can't speak too highly of the Ransom Spares experience. Having managed to order the wrong part for my fridge freezer, Dianne in customer services went out of her way to find the correct part and guide me through the return and reorder process. Deliveries arrived promptly, as did the refund for the returned part. Communication with Dianne was excellent throughout. Very happy. Thank you!

Do not buy!! NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them BEWARE!! Product arrived damaged, emailed customer service multiple times and one week later still nothing, no refund issued!! Absolutely outrageous scammers! Do not buy from them!! - EDIT - Hi Charlie, thanks for your reply. Looks like the only way to communicate with your company is via the Review page. You have replied to my review very promptly, yet I am still waiting for a reply to my emails and I have not yet received my refund. Your LIVE chat on your website is useless, your bot takes the info and then nothing happens, I've tried this several times, and have been waiting more than 40min on each occasion to be connected to customer service before giving up, Is this what you call 24/7 response
