WARNING TO UK BUSINESS OWNERS!
I’ve been scammed by Rational AG and SOS catering.

On the 24/01/24 I have received a quotation for the iverio pro 2-s for £11,813.40. The agreement was supposed to be with free delivery and installations (I have payed for all of this myself because they didn’t turn up ). And by today I’ve ended up paying a total of £16,002.10.
Over 6 months later, on the 29th July I received an email from Maria at SOS catering telling me they sent the ‘wrong price’ (it’s the right price as you can check with other catering suppliers in the UK). She leaves me this ; I can pay an additional £9,207.29 to keep what I already payed for, or they’ll come to collect it back.

I will never wish this to happen to anyone at all. They’ve threatened me to pay additional money or they will take the machine back without any compensation.

Very welcoming on arrival, good clean premises, lots of information on the equipment,very well presented, all questions answered, very impressive equipment and technology, catering equipment has come a long way in recent years. Good coffee and Danish on arrival with plenty of opportunities to taste the dishes were being cooked in the demonstrations. I fully recommend a visit to Rational UK to experience the catering equipment of the future many thanks the Bedford girls school catering team
