Disappointed. My little boy wanted a Bulldogs hat and I was unsure of sizes and the delivery is almost £6. I rang them and was told to come into the shop as they had some in and I could look at the size and get one direct. Drove over this morning to be told they didn’t have any in and forgot to get some. No apology or anything. Wasted journey and poor attitude.

Shocking customer service, i emailed 28th october and i am only just getting sent what i asked for today, took ages for responses in that time. DEFINATELY WOULD NOT reccomend, not sure on quality yet but i have had stuff through my old rugby club an the quality was awful then so lets hope it is better.

My partner ordered with ravensport on 28th October, a rugby hoodie and top for our 5 year old son who wanted it for Christmas on his list. He had to keep emailing for weeks and weeks for updates and herd nothing back, I then contacted via Facebook messenger November 23th to ask what was happening to be told the order was ready I asked to add on a pair of shorts to the order this I thought would then be sorted. Fast forward weeks and weeks of back and forth and 5 days before Christmas we still haven’t received our order although it’s apparently ready (without the shorts) we go abroad tomorrow for Christmas my son won’t have what he asked for and the shocking service from Brett is ridiculous when I complained I got a response se saying sorry but still nothing done. I then receive an email today saying it’s being sent and we need to pay £58 which i was told a week ago it was £51.50 and that they would give us free delivery as a gesture of goodwill. We ordered nearly 2 months ago still don’t have the items and it’s defiently not “a gesture of goodwill” we will never ever order from ravensport again. We will find an alternative supplier and we advise others not to use this company if you actually want to receive your order, disgusting!

What a nightmare firstly can I say when you say you will ring back and don't is absolutely disgusting . Ordered rugby league kit give them the information needed then they still get design wrong. Went over personally from Leeds to chat with them to sort mess out with Brett, as I was originally in talks with mick at first then he stopped responding very rude. So I have rang twice last time was yesterday asked to speak to Brett his mum shouted him and he said I'm having my lunch. Customers service skills are excellent, fed up ringing now.
