Purchased a coin meter that did not last more then 6 months. Sent back for repairs and was asked to pay even though there is a 12 month guarantee. They said the electrician had broken a seal on removal yet they repaired a fault within the meter. So the inconvenience of paying an electrician to remove and time out without a meter. Awful company to deal with and will avoid in future.

Ordered some cards as we have in the past and have always been good. This time however they have been terrible. They where ordered on the 14th January but not delivered until the 24th jan, and they were incorrect - they had sent the wrong cards. They arranged to collect the cards the following day and delivery the right one. Their courier ( DPD ) collected but never delivered. When I queried where they were at the next working day ( Mon 28th Jan) was told they had been delivered to a neighbour ( £1000 worth of cards to an un-known neighbour !! ) I said this was unacceptable. Then amazingly the driver had collected from the neighbour and would be delivering them today between 12-1. I waited in and apparently he arrived but because the gate was closed he couldn't get out of his van and walk to the door so he drove off. When I phoned RDL Meters the lady had a couldn't care less attitude and said they would be delivered the following day and put the phone down. I phoned them back and I got a different lady who had a similar attitude but more childish. Ending the call with a smug Byyyyyyye ! A very un-professional company who obviously think they don't need customers

Previously bought a Meter.
28June Needed help with a settings query so emailed the company.
4July finally got fed up waiting so rang them, they acknowledged receiving my email, but had no answer as to why they'd not responded!! and not even an insincere apology was offered. I Got my answer. aftersales service 2/10 here !
