I recently bought a large number of refurbished bale arm trays from Reco, and I am thoroughly impressed. They were in excellent condition and very durable, significantly improving our storage and transport operations. The customer service was exceptional, with a knowledgeable and responsive team. I ordered a Royal Mail cage from looking at there tuck tic video showing them pulling one to pieces and look promising. The cage was really tall so as you can imagine there were a lot that came out and all make out that there untouched. So here is what actually happened………… after placing the order I got a call followed by text message regarding delivery. They then called my phone and said the driver could not collect as there stuck out on the road.and could not deliver until Thursday which was not an issue. Megan I was at work I got a call from them and the delivery guy on the Wednesday when I was out at work telling me there was there. I told them I was working as they said Thursday. The lady from SPW said the pallet was wrapped and 600mm high!!!!! ALARM BELLS In my Head at this point They started talking about extra delivery cost to which I said I won’t be paying that! Eventually the driver left with my neighbour my. When I got home I saw the pallet and knew it’s not one 1/3 of what they show you on the advert but started to open it. Well what did I find About 30 Chinese item returns from broken lights to cheap costume rubbish. Half of it had already been pulled open to see what was in it. Total sham! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING ONE OF THESE , THINK TWICE!!!!! It is garbage ?️ and you will not get anything of any actual value. Kind regards

*Stockport pallets*Bought a clothing pallet after seeing good reviews on Facebook. Clothes came, they all Indian & Chinese clothing. Look like they've come from the donation bins. Damp & foisty. No return or refunds so be warned
