I bought a secondhand bicycle today. The staff worked hard to find the right bike for, listening to what I said and then finding a bike that would be match my requirements. When I finally made a decision, my bike was adjusted so that the height of the saddle / handlebars was perfect for me. The service could not have been better. Highly recommended if you want a repair or a secondhand bike.

I'm disabled however was taking my sons bike down for a repair, service was brilliant from getting the bike in and out of the car to a speedy repair and a good price. After buying both my sons bikes here, the warranty, and subsequent repairs after warranty period (you know what boys are like!) I can't recommend them highly enough.
We actually drive my children's bikes past at least 2 repair shops to use this store (I assume i can't name names!).

What amazing service! I highly recommend this repair shop for their professionalism, speed, helpfulness and friendliness. I have been to other shops in York but always come back to this one and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I called in today with my 12 year old who wanted a new bike. He chose one and as we were about to do the paperwork Luke asked me a few questions about why we had chosen it. Fast forward 5 minutes and we are buying a totally different bike that was ready to take home straight away that was more suited to his needs rather than his favourite colour. Fantastic customer service from everybody in the shop today on a very busy Saturday, it meant I had one very happy child on the way home. I think the rest of my family might be visiting soon.

The guys at recycle are the best....always willing and able to sort out and mend any cycle problems. The team has so much expertise. They also give good advice without pressure to buy. Highly recommend!

Great service, went in to buy a helmet and just ask if they had the right spare part for my bike's break (I'd already tried halfords and cycle heaven and no luck). Not only did they have it but also fitted it, excellent service all round.

Just visited Recycle for the first time to get a new bike for my 4 year old son. Luke was really helpful and patient with my son who wanted to try out nearly every bike in the shop!
