I recently visited the Passport & Visa ID Photo Center in London, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They instantly made me feel at ease, which is a huge plus when you're preparing for something as important as a passport or visa photo.

The process was quick and efficient. They guided me through the requirements, ensuring that my photo met all the necessary specifications. The photographer was skilled and attentive, capturing the perfect shot in no time. I appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they took the time to make sure everything was just right.

The quality of the photos was outstanding—crisp, clear, and exactly what I needed. I was able to walk out with my prints in hand, ready for my application. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places I've looked into.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service I received at the Passport & Visa ID Photo Center. If you're in London and need a passport or visa photo, I highly recommend this place. Reload Internet increases prices after initial quote and when you question them, they say you will not get oci, very complicated case and suddenly throws you out after accepting you. I went to someone else who had no problem in helpinf me get it and, I wasn't charged more.

The emails sent to me were parrot automatic emails, which I didn't ask to be sent. They were exceptionally rude and refused to take me on, just cause I asked why the price went up from initial quote given. This happened 3 years ago and as a goodwill gesture, I removed my initial review, so their business was not affected, however they have responded again very arrogantly, hence I had to write part of my initial review again.

Such a seamless and efficient application process. Pranav & Rahul were both so helpful and took myself and my sister through the process step by step of doing a fresh OCI application. Nothing was too much trouble for them, so much so that we’ve booked our other family members in for an appointment this week as well. Their knowledge and customer service was exemplary.

Got OCI Card today. All thanks to Reload. My wife and I were worried about this OCI and VFS process, but it just took 45 minutes of appointment with Reload and they completed the application took passport photos for OCI and also booked the VFS Appointment.

All it just needed to visit VFS after that and that's it. Staff is very polite and helping, they explained everything about the process.
