Renters Beware ! Appalling Service. I rented through Rendell's and they were unresponsive to problems with the property ignoring chronic problems and only responding once I forced a reaction. They just wanted to take the rent and provide no support to the renter. At the end of the tenancy they tried to then blame me for stains caused by ingress of water through the roof and damage caused by their workmen who tried to resolve the problems. In my opinion these are not very nice people and I would never use them as agents again and recommend that everyone should be very careful before signing any contracts.
