Ordered a competitively priced, quality wheel barrow at 07:30, this morning to collect. Near enough 08:00, a top gent called me to say, ready to collect. Had breakfast en route, went to the store, friendly chap, checked, gave me the invoice and another top fella drove the high quality wheelbarrow out of stores, ready assembled. Put in car. Done. Excellent service.

I'm a disabled man and my son has recently been laying me a new path at home.
We usually go into the launceston depot on a busy Saturday morning.
The yard men are extremely helpful loading my for me with my son.

Very disappointed in what we thought would be a quality kitchen.
Wrong Base units not fitting sink and wrong oven housings supplied not fitting ovens.
Wrong size wall unit doesn't fit boiler.
Sold carousels for corner units that don't fit either.
Mix matching end panels not matching doors on what we were told was a made to order kitchen from Omega.
Damaged fridge/freezer obviously dropped on corners.
Worktops different thicknesses.
All in all couldn't be worse and a nightmare.
We were sold cabinets and appliances that were not compatible and the wrong sizes.
So many issues wrong with this kitchen, I wish we had never gone to RGB
