I've never known a business like RH Nuttall. Nothing was too much trouble - I was only a small order, my first time as a customer, but got exactly what I asked for, fast delivery, and a fair price. Glad I found RH Nuttall Ltd for my gasket requirements. Great product with a super quick turnaround time. I was desperate for parts having been let down by my current supplier, and they delivered next day as we are local to them. Carol dealt with my enquiry from start to finish and she was brilliant. Amended review.

First order went without a hitch and products received were of a good quality. Had issues with the 2nd order for some neoprene gasket material whereby only part of the order was completed. After 2-3 weeks of no contact, I was contacted by a lad named Matt who in fairness tracked all the loose ends, informed me of what happened and progressed the remainder of the order through to be delivered next day, which it has been.
Obviously not impressed by the initial experience however RH Nuttall did rectify the issue quickly when I was put through to the right members of staff. Overall the products themselves are good quality.

Brilliant and most helpful company who set the mark for really good customer service and care. I required just a few sealing washers to enable the satisfactory operation of a teasmade and this company could not have been more helpful.
