Good company , is damage that they losted Halfords big customer. Now is quiet, good people as are workers, only womans and 5 guys. I worked there 3 months almost 4 months no much job, is quiet from Monday till Friday a person must pretend to be doing something, because of the cameras. Manager is fine.
But they don't have much job, so long time as part-time. 2 times 15 minits lunch time.
They gave me experience. Why 3 stars only, because no much job. Money good.

I bought the xenon 200 bulbs from these guys which both blew in less than 6 months - Ting weren’t interested refused to honour UK consumer rights - spend your money elsewhere is my advice

Excellent customer experience! Called the technical line as regards to a problem with my tyre pump. Machine was out of warranty, the gentleman just said he will send a part, free if charge, to me. Now working perfectly!

I recently used my Ring, rechargeable pump on a suspect valve on one of my children’s bicycles, and unfortunately it stripped the thread on the removable connector hose. I sent Ring an email with a picture and on the next working day, received a very friendly reply and I’ve just received a replacement in the post and for free!

This is the sort of thing that British companies do best, and I have no hesitation in awarding them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had an RAC900 tyre compressor for many years. Eventually I broke the gauge. My fault. Phoned up Ring for a replacement and, for a very reasonable charge, they sent replacement gauge and attachments which arrived within just a few days.
So all in all fantastic service and a great product that's lasted a long time.
Highly recommended!

I purchased a Ring RSC8 battery charger from Halfords about 3-4 years ago. Used it once and stored it in it's box in a cool environment under the stairs. Tried to use it last week and it didn't work. Contacted Ring customer services and had a response from Oliver Palmer informing me the battery I was charging was too flat. This wasn't the case as it just clicks. I asked if it could be repaired but no response. Very poor customer service as several of the Amazon reviews have pointed out. Battery charger consigned to the bin.
