In the process of restoring my childhood BMX for my stepson to use, couldn’t remove the seat post after a week of trying with my best efforts. Dropped it in store and he phoned me back say it was done before I’d even got back to the car! Really friendly and clearly skilled guy, I had good vibes from my whole experience. Disgusting service the guy was rude and also very awkward plus he lie about how much he will charge when he done work with out my say so such a stupid guy he shut half of the week so don’t even bother just go to chelmsford if want a good service Maldon bike shop you should be ashamed of your business. Plus guys be careful he over charges people on purpose. And he damages your bike too look at pictures guys.

I bought my my bike from Alan 4 years ago, and have had it serviced regularly ever since, always excellent service and reasonably priced. He always keeps me informed of what has been done and what needs doing in the future, shares anecdotes and is always ready with hints and tips for better riding, top man! Fantastic Service just received from this lovely bike shop, Quite a small repair but I couldn't do it and the lovely gentleman took care of it within 10 minutes. I drove 44 miles to use this bike shop as I went here today based on on perfect service received about 18 months ago form the same gentleman.
