I have been waiting for a refund for months now. A terrible customer experience including members of senior management ignoring me. I would recommend thinking hard before working with this organisation.

Well worth the visit Gary our tour guide made the tour of this old brewery entertaining and informative. LOTS of stairs so maybe unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The Unicorn Brewery will close soon, Christmas 2023, and so will the tours.

My Son treated me to Robinson's brewery tour yesterday, we did not know the brewery is due to move from this historic site in the next year or two so glad we did it, fabulous experience so much history incorporated with Stockport really interesting. Our guide was Gary a very knowledgeable and humerus man, highly recommended you do it before they move.

This place is utterly amazing!! A proper brewery with a lot of history to it. The building itself is steeped in history and it will be a shame to see it move. Well worth a visit and the beers too are the best, especially from source. I will be coming back and I highly recommend it for the tour and beofre ot moves.

Today I had the absolutely worst experience at the Manahester Airport Pub in my entire catering career. We had originally been led to believe this was a must see place and so were not surprised about being told it would be 45 min to get a seat.

However after 90min we had been completely forgotten about and were asked to wait for another 20min! When we did get a seat, the table was still dirty and abandoned with half eaten food from the previous occupants. After being forgotten again we had to chase the door attendant for drinks, then after being forgotten again we had to chase just to place a food order. By this point somebody else had been seated next to us AND served their dinner! When our food did arrive (after a very long wait) it was cold and hard. We asked if we could please have at least our chips redone as these were so cold and hard as to be inedible, in addition to which our order was wrong!

After all was said and done we of course very disappointed and upset with this experience. We asked to speak to the manager, when he arrived he was nothing short of rude and aggressive. He offered absolutely no apology and told us that we had been rude, so had been deliberately left to wait so the waitress could complain about us to him, the manager! This was of course a complete lie, because when we asked what we had been rude about, we were told we had been rude to the waitress when ordering drinks - we hadn't spoken to the waitress to order drinks, we had spoken to the door attendant. He then assured us he had personally checked all the food as it came out and knew it to be perfectly fine - now how many managers check every bit of food leaving the kitchen?

In short, the planes were of course a good see. But the service there was absolutely shameful and I would encourage anybody to bring their own sandwiches and drink if possible. I certainly will be publishing my own experience further. This is a place that has become fat on its reputation and forgotten about the very people who it is supposed to serve.

I have been trying to find a complaints department about a Robinson pub near me The Chapel House Two Trees Lane Denton
But I can not find anything to contact.
This is just not acceptable when residents have got to put up with a new landlord playing music from his beer garden to the extent that even with our windows and doors closed and the TV turned up loud we can see still hear it it's now 9.00pm and we have had this all day till 12.00pm tonight. My husband said he thinks he's having a festival in his beer gsrden

But we can not relax and just watch our TV.

Its absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
