I am a 46 year old man who has been in and around bikes most of my life, from my Dad's bikes though too my own and now my kid's are riding around on quads and motor cross bikes.
One thing that has been the same always use high quality oils and lubricants.
For me and my Brother that was always Rockoil back in the mid 80s, we found there products to be of a highest quality and nice to see they are a British company.
I am a farther of two now and only use Rockoil in our quad bikes,motor cross bikes and even in my chainsaw and strimmers.

Too some it up 100% products that won't let you down.

Andre and the Tech Team @ Rock Oils have really helped me out in finding the best Oils for my Fantic Caballero 1975 TX 96 and now I know that my Bike will keep running and running for a very long time 🤞(Fingers Crossed ) and of course the Quality of Rock Oil as well 👌👏👍(:-)

The hidden 'secret' of Home Bargains is their line of Engine Oils. They sell fully & semi-synthetic oils made by this company - Rock Oils - for about 50% less than other comparable top brands. The specs on the back of their products say it all. You simply cannot go wrong with their product line. 4.5 litres too, rather than the now-common 4 litre quantities of other major brands.

I thought I should give a review. Having used Rock Oil for around 20 years in the very demanding use of motocross racing. I have used many different makes of oils over the year's. I have had major engine failures with every oil I have used apart from Rock oil. Probably because of the extreme demands put on the engines. This is the only oil I will use now for any application. Truly great stuff.
Its a pity people are giving low stars because of delivery, when this oil is second to none.

Having been a loyal customer of Rock Oil for then over 15yrs I've been fortunate to have had dealings with 2 excellent salesmen during that time, firstly, Roger then Dave. The latter of which excelled at his job, kept me informed of all products relevant to my business needs, so much so he took my spend up tenfold over those years and we were extremely pleased not just with supply but the quality of your products.

Then with no prior notice your salesman disappeared, just no contact at all, I had to telephone your company to chase your representative for any reasoning, but to no avail. I was repeatedly fobbed off with varying excuses for the lack of contact and no products. To my astonishment I discovered your products were now being sold in a certain retail store hombargains, at a very discounted rate. I find it very difficult to comprehend the under valuation of your own product so I assume you have decided to take your company in a different direction.

Some weeks later I received a telephone call form your sales manager informing me I need to settle my account Under normal circumstances this would not have happened as Dave would have been on top of his game and any outstanding bills would have been chased up and paid promptly. Instead I was met with the most rude, abrasive, disrespectful and ignorant person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. He was verbally abusive and used profanities in such a way he made himself and more importantly your company look lacking and very unprofessional. His manner and people skills were non-existent.

I am sad to say after all these years with you I will not have any more dealings with your company whilst this person continues to be employed by you. I have sourced a new supplier and they are continuing to excel with their products and their customer service. I have also been fortunate to discover they have also acquired many of your previous customers, believe it or not;we do talk to each other in trade, and are they are also saddened at the treatment they received from the same employee. To be verbally abused is not acceptable behavior and not a company I care to trade with

In light of the country's recent events I would have thought keeping loyal customers would have been a top priority for any company, but I am very disappointed to find that this not the case with yours.

After all these years I am forced to the decision that I will no longer trade with your company.

Amazing product with great customer service throughout the whole process. Highly recommended and would definitely purchase again. The grade of oil was the best I've used in my performance Bike and Car, after trying loads of brands Rockoil was the most substantial by far.

Yet again we have been let down on what will be a busy weekend, now with no fuel.

If they say the waggon has broken down, it's a lie, as when we call back, they then say they will not deliver to us, which is it! We have been a customer for 30 years!

Why are they not delivering because we have not set up a DD no one told us we had to, not needed one for 30 years!

They were the ones calling us to get business!

Having dealt with Rock Oil over several years we have always found them to be extremely helpful. The staff are always very pleasant, especially Russell Bower and our rep, Chris Moore, and nothing is too much trouble. Given the number of different types of oils needed these days, each and every time they have been able to fulfill our order.
