Avoid this Company, our experience of them has been horrific. Initially the sales team were helpful, they couldn’t do enough to help and progress our order, then delays with design delays occurred, errors in the design were made, they couldn’t even get the email right and sent our draft drawings to someone else! communication was poor, too many staff dealing with the project causing unnecessary confusion & issues. Eventually the frame was ready to be delivered, we initially caused a slight delay, as Roe Timber would not commence on site whilst any other contractors were here. When Roe did commence, their Health & Safety and project documentation was substandard, we raised major concerns this is when Roe blamed their Subcontractor for everything they could, ( we cannot fault the subcontractor by the way - they were great!) Roe treated the Client and their own Subcontractor appallingly. They are a commercially aggressive company, demanding full payment upfront. We had issues with crane specification that they had arranged being wrong, Lift Plans for incorrect cranes. Roe Project / Contracts Management is non existent. We do not have any positives to say about them, Roe are bad news, do yourself a favour and avoid this company at any cost.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
Roe had many things wrong and tried to charge extra for a garage that was part of the plans!
Shoddy workmanship left us with extra cost to rectify as well as time and stress!!
Roof was 100mm different overhang on each side, steels not bolted properly, walls out, window heights wrong, and much more!!
Two men to construct a 4 bed detached house so they could save on labour costs was a joke!
DO NOT USE!!!!!

really rude drivers who hurl abuse when you dare challenge their courtesy regarding blocking neighbours driveways. Everyone has deliveries which at times require large lorries to block access to surrounding properties, It totally understandable and unavoidable, its just a shame the the same mouth that hurls abuse, was incapable of a polite knock on door to take responsibility for parking and to check it was ok.

We looked at Both Potton Homes & Scandia Hus for our Timber Frame needs, both of which were very expensive.
Roe Ltd were literally half the price for exactly the same if not better quality. I highly recommend Roe Ltd.

Company vehicle SP70 YSD cut us up on Motorway and became verbally abusive. Rather stupid to do this whilst in a company vehicle. Clearly rude and unprofessional service. Do NOT use
