Loaded in no time at all by the friendly staff that work here. Loading bay is fairly tight but take your time and it's fine. Entrance via residential area with a 4.4m Bridge just before you turn off the main road.

Nice and easy to find despite the low bridge on the main road. Really friendly and helpful lads who sorted me out with the weighbridge and then showed me where to park up. Nice and quiet in the trailer park whilst waiting for my turn to offload.

Very polite and helpful staff, take care when travelling through housing estate to the site cars parked everywhere, and if you are delivering waste cardbourd here, DO NOT STRAP LOAD USING THE CHASSIS, THEY WILL REJECT YOU,

I called on the 28/sept to enquire about some card dividers for boxes we buy in.
They have the board we want and need but we are too small of a user for them.
I knew this enquiry was small for them before calling but I asked if they had a customer/agent they sell their board to who would then deal with us (a middle man/distributor).
They said they didn't have any customers and could not recommend anybody we could deal with.

At the end of the day, we are after buying board produced from this mill, we just know it will be via their distribution/customer network but they aren't helpful with enquiries like that.
Seems a shame because although we wouldn't be buying of these guys directly, they will still get our cash via their customer network.

Imagine ringing up Cadbury's or Heinz and asking for a local places to buy from, they'd soon give you a list of shops and distributors where you can buy their products. I don't understand why RBM aren't wanting to help in this instance.

Shouldn't have a place for hgvs here. Can't arrive early because need to drive through residential area to get there. Bad weighbridge, bad turning area, bad unloading bay. 10/10 would recommend
