Helped us out when fridge freezer packed in at the start of a heatwave. We went in late on the day it broke, picked the one we liked and they delivered it first thing the next morning and took the broken one away. Really nice, knowledgable guys who work there and same for the delivery team. Plus it was all a reasonable price. Very happy customer, fully recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! Having discovered that my old fridge freezer had stopped working, I visited Upfield’s where I received really helpful advice and selected a new model.
On hearing that my old one had stopped working, Ron Upfield arranged for the new one to be delivered and installed and the old one removed and taken away.
From discovering that the old one had stopped working, to having the new one delivered and working, was all completed in less than an hour and all at a very competitive price and with amazingly professional advice and friendly service!

I've been a customer for many years and always found the customer service to be superb. The people at the store are extremely knowledgeable and so helpful, taking the time to answer any questions politely and thoroughly.

I've just had a fridge freezer delivered. My floor was uneven, so it was difficult to get it level - but they persisted until it was perfect. Communication was great from start to finish and I would (and do) recommend them to everyone.

He took me through the options I had regarding a new washing machine and explained the pros and cons of the various models I was considering. I've bought radios, washing machine and dryers from Upfields for many years.They have always been helpful, courteous and no problems when they deliver goods. They have put a lot of work to make sure the items bought are in good condition and placed as required in the house. They are a good reliable company and I will be using them when I need more electrical goods.
The service they give and their support when a problem developed recently has been exceptional, and I cannot fault them. They have done everything they could to sort the problem out..

Recently I ordered a Hotpoint washing machine which broke down after less than 2 years. Upfields, especially Matt and Owen, have spent a lot of time contacting the company who sold the machine to get it repaired. The first engineer they sent refused a code to write it off, too new. I would have been happy with a repair. Others booked to come out never came. I just need the machine to be fixed and despite one engineer apparently bringing parts - he never arrived. Hotpoint have our details and those of Upfields, but Upfields have to contact them every time to see if anything will be done. Owen has spent a lot of time trying to sort this out. The sold and delivered the machine in good faith, installed it correctly as they did previous ones since the 1970s!
Upfields have kept me informed, done everything they can with the company who supply the machines. None of use expected a household name company to treat us all so badly.

Upfields managed to get yet another engineer visit booked for next week. I hope someone turns up as we have to be ready from 0700 until the evening before we can phone to see what has happened to the engineer. Upfields have given exceptionally good service and support, sadly they are trying to sort out a bad company who don't care. Thank you Matt Owen and team.

Update, 15th November
3 weeks after the machine broke down an engineer phoned this morning as yet another appointment was booked. Owen , Matt and team at Upfields spent a lot of time contacting Hotpoint. Today the washing machine is finally working. Upfields have been really supportive and helpful, they could not have done more.
Thank you Upfields. Your support and determination got the machine fixed within the legal time to have a repair from the manufacturer.
