The sausages were tasty but not exceptional. When I went to cook the pork loin steaks just 48 hours after purchase they were rancid and I had to throw them away. Unfortunately won't be returning.

Edit: Your response stating it "Seems unlikely" means you don't believe it and therefore won't change.

Just had an amazing belly of pork from this shop. It was very fresh, tender and tasty. This was the first time I had bought belly of pork from this shop and was by far the best I have bought anywhere. The sausages were so tasty as well. Highly recommend this shop. I will get my Christmas order in on Monday. Thank you all at Rotherwood Butchers.

We regularly buy meat packs from Rotherwood and they are kind enough to deliver. More importantly, service is friendly and the meat is great quality. The guys will always try and accommodate requests if possible.

A good example is the fact that they sourced a pig's head for me so that I could make brawn in the Christmas hols. I was so excited I forgot to take 'in-between' pics, but I did get a nice before and after - a delish treat (and there's far more meat on a pig's head than you'd believe).

If you're not a brawn fan, try their steaks, burgers, and Chinese-marinade pork steaks. Hmmm.

This is a lovely butchers. The meat is always fresh and there is plenty to choose from. We have always found something that takes our fancy when we can't decide what to have for dinner. They do a family pack which has a bit of everything in it for a good price and easily lasts a week of dinners, if not a bit longer. The staff are all friendly and happy to help. 100% recommend.

Always quality food at a reasonable price. Today I bought a whole fillet steak for £50. This will be great for a summer bbq, cut into strips to go further. Also bought a couple of huge pork chops with kidneys in. Now this is a real butcher.
Always take a look in when I am passing and more often than not end up buying something.

We've never had a bad bit of meat from here, everything is excellent quality and reasonably priced - the eggs are also to die for, really nice and tasty. The staff are friendly, helpful and the home delivery is also excellent, would recommend this Butcher shop to others - you won't be disappointed A * 10/10

The best butchers by far in Dover and surrounding areas. Polite staff, always helpful and deliver! The quality of the produce is great as well as the best prices around. Haven't and wouldn't go anywhere esle in years. Love it

Excellent service and great price. As a French customer, I find rabbits and the staff can order specific food products. The staff always have time for discussion or a recommendations. I will recommend this butcher.
