Opening times of 8am-10am and then 4pm-6pm. Might as well close this post office down as it’s basically never open. Their opening times are unrealistic for people who do the school run, work or any other commitment during a busy day. Ordered a parcel from Japan which sat with them for over a month of which they didn’t notify me about item got sent back and I got charged either way. I dread using this courier.

not only are the opening hours horrendous here but the sheer amount of times i see my courier come up my road and not even attempt to knock on my door, instead leaving a card saying they ‘couldn’t deliver’ is ridiculous. when i find out royal mail are delivering my parcel now i roll my eyes, literally even evri is better.

It's such a shame you can't give zero stars. Expected a parcel Tuesday tracking said it would arrive by 7:30 to have every day "delivery attempt failed" which is clearly code for couldn't be bothered tough luck. Absolute shambles , when you phone them you just get the call ended. Had this twice in a week, seems this is a common issue!

They received my package 10 days ago and still not signal of delivery, and when you call they just have an AI that directes you nowhere and helps you in nothing!!! EVRI always delivery me the same day they have the package and answer the calls, don't use this service

No delivery this week to anybody in this post code, have they gone to monthly delivery?in which case only use 2ndd class stamps as it makes no difference..They never pick up phone, useless.

Disgraceful Service - Avoid Royal Mail!

Unreliable Deliveries & Outright Disinformation:

Royal Mail has consistently failed to deliver my packages. They offer no explanation beyond vague excuses, and their tracking information is often misleading. On multiple occasions, tracking has shown "attempted delivery" when I was absolutely home all day with no notification.

Non-Existent Customer Service:

Reaching Royal Mail customer service is an ordeal in itself. Long wait times and unhelpful representatives further add to the frustration.

Unimpressive Compared to Competitors:

Other delivery companies consistently outperform Royal Mail. Their services are reliable, with accurate tracking and responsive customer support.

Overall: Why Des Anyone Use Them

Royal Mail has caused me nothing but stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise using a different courier service for your important deliveries.
