Absolutely ridiculous and stupid timings. Only open 2 hours a day from 8am to 10am and always changing timings randomly every few months. How on earth are working people supposed to collect missed deliveries and use other services. Did get there exactly 10am and refused to serve saying he was closing. Absolute shambles of a service. Its of better use if it was closed down.

I had my delivery taken to another address The picture of delivery is not showing when I try to trace where it is- an expensive bottle of perfume, this is not the first time this has happened to me ! Totally disgusted with Royal Mail

Very bad,, dont leave on doorstep or green bin like amazon, can't pick up with limited opening times,, means the items go back to suppliers, a nightmare the royal mail needs, to move fast into modern world, the service is, worser then talk talk a joke, worse experiences in my life! Deserves no stars, get rid of royal mail its as useful as a chocolate fire guard!!!

Just been to Dewsbury royal mail pick up point to pick up 2 parcels that I have waited a month for, checked on line opening hours it confirmed 7am to 10 pm thought that wasn't right checked another site said 7am till 6 pm. Set off got there notice on door saying closed, open 4 pm till 6 pm for collection. Absolute disgrace by royal mail you have people coming by all the way to your offices and spending time and money and you can't get your parcels absolutely disgusting service. You cannot get a parking space and you cannot be bothered to update your website I know hours are different with businesses due to covid but get your times changed so you are not messing people around, what happened if it had been a pensioner who had caught the bus to go and get there parcel to get there and your CLOSED you want to be ashamed. Good service royal mail.

Opening times get less
and less..How are working people supposed to pick up their parcels between the hours of 8 and 2? Then their stopping Saturday deliveries and they wonder why other courier companies are taking all their parcel business.
