I recently purchased an ottoman bed with a mattress and headboard from RBS Furniture Ltd, and I have to say, WOW! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
First off, a huge shoutout to Saeed, who provided excellent customer service. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the different styles of beds and all the various options. The selection of products is amazing, with so many colors to choose from. I found exactly what I wanted!

The whole process from start to finish was brilliant. The website is easy to navigate & a nice selection. Dispatch and delivery was prompt & we were given a window of time for delivery & an update phone call from the delivery guys to let us know they were near. The bed itself so far seems to be nice quality, sturdy and a lovely looking bed. The kids love it. I also received a follow up call from Martin to check on how everything was going and if there were any issues that's fantastic customer service right there. Thank you Martin.
