From meeting Neil, Annette and the team at RSS we have been made to feel like part of a family. Starting out in the industry as a newcomer 5 years ago, we needed hand holding and lots of advice. Neil was excellent in running through the technical details of the equipment with hands-on demonstrations. Annette helped with our leasing options. We never felt under pressure to purchase and always felt we were getting the best value for money. Their customer service and support has been excellent over the years. The team of engineers are happy to help in person or over the phone.We have continued to purchase more equipment as we have expanded. We have worked with RSS Hereford for over 20 years, from our initial shop fit and ice cream production area to several new projects. When you hire people to drive your vans, can you double check they have a license please? Driver nearly went into the side of me because he wasn't paying attention then stuck his middle finger up, and tailgating dangerously close. Not a good way to represent the company.
