As a person who is not known for giving praise - usually because it was not deserved- I feel compelled to comment on the outstanding service I have received from Rubberduck. We were planning and choosing items for our new shower room. The prices are very competitive and the website easy to browse. I emailed the company several times with queries and for advice.They responded very promptly and solved my problem. I placed my orders over the phone and the chap was friendly and courteous. I have not received the items yet and work on the shower room has not started. But the nature of my contact with Rubberduck, gives me confidence that if there are any issues - they will do their utmost to sort them. This company was recommended to me by a friend who has installed 2 bath/shower rooms - and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as well.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! I strongly advise against ordering from this company due to their terrible customer service. I’ve had to deal with rude and unhelpful staff members throughout this process.

On January 21st, I called and spoke with Carl. I was following up on an issue with the taps I purchased, specifically checking whether the manager had received my previous emails.

Carl put me on hold to review the emails and notes. However, when he returned to the call, his tone had completely changed, and he was rude. He insisted that there was nothing wrong with the taps and that they were perfectly fine. I explained that the new cartridge didn’t resolve the issue and that the taps still dripped as before.

I also mentioned an email I received from your company on January 3rd at 4:40 PM, which stated that the manufacturer, Skudo, had confirmed the issue was with the cartridge. Despite this, Carl was unwilling to listen. He repeatedly said that the taps were fine and that the cartridge was sent as a “goodwill gesture.” I was spoken to very rudely, and when I asked him not to raise his voice, he abruptly ended the call.

This situation has been handled extremely unprofessionally. I’ve been patient, but I’ve faced nothing but problems with both the product and customer service.

The replacement cartridge sent to me has not resolved the issue. I am still left with faulty bath and basin taps that drip about half a cup of water after every use. The company is refusing to allow me to return the taps for a refund, despite the fact that they were faulty before installation.

No one has responded to my emails, and the manager has not reached out to me once.

**listen to the reviews** Item was never delivered, due to a continuation of failed deliveries by a third party either delaying or cancelling. I asked for a refund and it’s never been issued despite calling and emailing numerous times. Beware when ordering if anything goes wrong you’ll probably not get your money back!!

Great customer service. Next day delivery. Genuine abacus equipment. Reasonable prices. Thank you very much. Feel able to box in and tile these frames. high quality fittings and comprehensive fittings screws instructions etc. Bolt extension kit used.

Excellent service from these guys. They made sure a manufacturer replaced a faulty item for us, with the minimum fuss and inconvenience. Would happily buy from them again. We also originally bought from them because of their competitive pricing.

Terrible experience. Bought a concealed shower they advertised as in stock on their website on 7th Sep for £645 and they promptly took the payment. 3 days later they let me know they do not have the item and asked if I'd like a refund or another shower set they had available and I confirmed I wanted a refund. On 24/9 still no refund, I chased and was reassured it is "with the accounts team and it would be processed "during the latter part of the week". Today is Friday, 27th Sep, still no refund. Don't bother wasting time with these jokers. Will now report a fraudulent transaction with my bank. Shameful customer service.
