Started with the Co op. Very excited, but training was basic and no support after that.

You'll only get saturory sick pay, nothing else.

They don’t care about you as soon as you go to the company you never hear from them you get left to fend for yourself.

Training is a joke, and then they put you on calls and emails like you are supposed to know what your doing.

Basic sick pay, holidays - you can't book off in full until you've accused them in full. Training. Ongoing support.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this recruitment agency. After signing an employment agreement and waiting for 10 days, I was informed that they had found a conviction record from 10 years ago, which I am certain does not exist. Despite my request for evidence of the check result, they abruptly withdrew the employment offer and ceased communication with me. This unprofessional conduct has left me in a difficult financial situation, as I had already resigned from my previous job in anticipation of the offer with this agency.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and fairness in their handling of my employment offer. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this agency, as their actions have caused me significant financial hardship and emotional distress.

I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering working with this agency.

So I was dealing with Lorna Peart who was funnily enough very responsive to emails straight away before my interview but as soon as I wasn't shortlisted and wanted feedback she said that it wasn't her department and would get back to me asap with the interview feedback - guess what..3 days passed so I sent another email and got an auto response saying that she's away for 2 weeks. 😂 No wonder your company has the reviews it does if this is how you treat people. I would have been annoyed and taken it further if I'd not been offered another job. I was also not surprised now how the actual employer was slating Rullion at the actual interview !!!

I started contracting after 30 years service to one company, having experienced several agencies Rullion have been the best especially Melanie Fowler very professional and extremely good at what she does, always helpful and excellent advice always, nothing too much trouble definitely a asset to Rullion thank you so much for a positive experience and putting faith back into agencies
