Always cold when I have it delivered.
Below photo with very very little lettuce, doesn't look appetizing does it?
Rude customer service. Umpteen times I've give them benefit of doubt, I'm no longer spending my money here.

2 large chicken kebabs in pitta...enough chicken but barely any salad and pitta slightly warmed. Also had a burger meal deal. Asked for salad with the donnor but no salad. The cheesecake was (and still is 45 mins later) completely frozen. Very disappointed with our Sat night treat

As a regular customer for years I have never had to complain about this place but tonight it took 1.5 hours on a Monday for delivery I called twice both times 25 mins apart and was told it's leaving the shop now. Food arrived and very poor cold donor meat cold chips and poor ended up throwing £23 worth in the bin. Seriously will look for another place.
Even the food wasn't as described there was no fish fingers in the meal ?

I usually always order food from here and very happy with it. Pre ordered food 4:30pm came at 5:45pm. Unfortunately I had to warm all the food up in the microwave as it was pretty much cold than warm. The kebab meat wasn't cooked very well neither. The delivery driver didn't seem very pleasant neither
