These guys offer a very poor service indeed. Not clear if they can help me on a specific tax query and can’t talk to anyone but the Secretary to determine if they can indeed help. But, if I want to meet the accountant to find out if they can help, I then have to pay an hourly rate to find out. I mean come on, what kind of service is this.
