I can't thank both Roxy and Ben enough for the work they have done on my car and the regular updates they provided me with. After receiving an eye watering quote of £7000 by another garage, Roxy and Ben not only managed to help get the cost down but they even informed me that a part the original garage told me my car would need was incorrect and it didn't need it at all!

Couldn't recommend anyone better! I have two young children so really need my car to get around. They managed to go out their way and squeeze me in to look at my problem. I had a lot of questions which they were happy to answer for me. The communication throughout was amazing. Even sent me a video and explained the problem to me. Got back to me really quickly. I get anxious with garages to if they will rip me off been a woman and not knowing much but this really wasn't the case here. They even went out their way to call garages to discuss things . I honestly can't recommend them enough and will be using them from now on. If your s anxious girly like me then honestly go to them absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much again! Trust them 100% ❤️

Found RMS through our village facebook page. What a find!!! Absolutely first class service from Ben and Roxy. Car picked up, cambelt and water pump and an oil service carried out and returned back a few hours later and at a very reasonable price too!! Brilliant service provided by Rutland Mechanic Services. Competitive rates and great customer service by Roxy! Provided three quotes for me to choose from. Same day collection and return for a Full Service. Looking at booking in my second car for a Full Service in January 25. Would recommend!
