A great and popular place to visit. Reasonable parking costs , and good places to eat and drink. The views are stunning. My only concern is there's no segregation between you walking and the inexperienced bike riders on there hired electric bikes. It's an accident waiting to happen. However we will be back as so much more to see and do.

Beautiful scenery and lots to do, from bike hire, walks, water activities, fishing or trip on board the ferry. The beach is seasonal and very clean. Lots of wildlife. Car park closes at 7pm

Such a beautiful place to recharge your batteries and fill your body with positivity.
There are different sites of the lake where you can go, like the water park, the church, or the quieter ones.
Been there many times and had an amazing time always ✨️ ❤️

What a stunning place, we took the 2 kids and the dog, we walked around part of the lake, we went to the church on the water, we had a picnic, went to the cafe for a coffee. you can have a bbq providing it's off the ground. surrounded by lovely trees it was a very pleasant day with the family. plenty of bins for your litter, it's a very clean environment. Parking was easy, you can also hire push bikes on site and go on a boat ride around the lake
