I got my new BMW 1 series today and I could not have hoped for more. Very friendly and informative and did not try and sell me additional services, very refreshing. I left the dealership and filled up the fuel tank and at that point the car told me a bulb was out, just a freaky thing. I phoned them and they told me to come back changed the bulb for me at no cost and had me back on the road in under 10 minutes. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I bought a Kia Venga from this company in October 2021. I don't know a lot about cars so I put my trust in this company - I wish I never had. All seemed fine and I was quite happy with it until I noticed the washer bottle was not holing water. When I looked, it was being held together with Gaffa tape, which over the winter months had lost its sticky and was peeling off. Looking further I noticed the fender has been glued on and, again, over the winter months the glue has started to degrade and now the panel has slipped; and the fog light is also broken. It had obviously had a prang and the dealer was not upfront about it. I have called them 7 or 8 times to discuss the matter, hoping for some help with the repairs but they are yet to get back to me. I wouldn't have minded if they had been upfront about the damage so I could have made an informed decision but they think its ok to lie and fob me off. Considering the ombudsman, would NOT recommend.

Brought a car in October in 4 months I have had to buy a new gearbox and canbelt change witch was done by his friend had to get it redone the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on

When I tried to reject the car he offered 3400 even tho I paid 6000 this dealer is a crook avoid avoid avoid

Brought car from Simon on the 1st September and there was a minor issue with the radio. Simon has gone above and beyond to help get this fixed for me. (I have been a pain about it) Would highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate buying another car from Rosewood Car Sales. Keep up the good hard work

I bought a car a year ago and I still driving it without any problems.
When I went to see the car, I found that the dealer is definitely taking care of the cars they sale: there were some new parts have been fitted. And also the dealership is making home delivery, which was perfect for me.
The customer service was in top level, even on the phone, email and personal.
I definitely recommend this company.
