First time I've used S. Brown Engineering and I cannot say enough good things about Norm whom dealt with me over the phone and by email.
My order was small but got dealt with professionally and timely, I was kept informed on progress and when my parts arrived (well packed) I was very impressed with the workmanship.

I would say in this day and age of faceless companies S. Brown are an exception, polite, professional and efficient to say the least.

Browns were happy to help with drilling the centres of two stainless bolts for my motorcycle resto'. Can't thank them enough for doing this job. Hopefully if needed, I can count on them again in the future.
It's really refreshing a local company are prepared to help with 'off the street' walk in jobs.

Called in on spec for a very small lathe job to be done .. spoke to Norman who couldn’t have been more helpful, he arranged to have the parts made , contacted me when they were finished & the cost was more than fair / less than I expected. The whole team here are polite , welcoming professional & deliver excellent customer service.
