I need to start this review by saying some simple customer service would have made this a totally different review.

We had our windows and doors fitted in June 2024…. It is now January 2025 and after a ridiculous amount of emails and phone calls I am still yet to receive the end caps missing on both my doors. I have lost count of the amount of times I have contacted the company to be told this would be sorted by X date only for them to never materialise.

The customer service and after care is absolutely appalling. The worst part is that the company continued to contact me attempting to sell more products when they haven’t even finished the first lot they put in over 7 months ago.

I Had a quote in March for the whole house of windows to be replaced (11 windows!) which i was told was valid for a year and i could get them fitted throughout the year to help with the cost. since then, i have had 2 windows fitted in the same room on the same wall- with miss match handles, one chrome, one white! i have been waiting since August for them to sort that out with promise after promise. I have paid the deposit for the 3rd window in September and heard nothing since. after several promises to call me back, im still waiting now in November and no one will answer my call. I have had easily 15 calls from the sales team trying to push me into a quote for the remaining windows, which i already have and is in date. absolute shambles. I am STILL waiting the FENSA certificate from the windows fitted in august and still have heard nothing from them despite calling them several times a day with no answer

My genuine and honest opinion is that I couldn't recommend enough. Paid for two windows, front bedroom and living room, monthly installments. Windows are excellent quality. The fitters did an absolute amazing job. Thank you

Had these clowns fit windows and doors, the guy who came and fit them turned up on his own and was his first day with that company. On pulling the old windows out he damaged the bricks. They fit the wrong window in one bedroom so I held payment until that was sorted which was weeks later. On inspection I found that less than half of the windows had not been silicone sealed around the brick work so I did it myself and phoned the head office and told the boss.

When the wrong bedroom window did show up the fitter through a wobbler because I had told the head office that he hadn't silicone. Can you imagine being a customer in your own house and having some idiot argue with you about something he hadn't done.

The doors started leaking via the glass cassette, I informed them and they came out and siliconed around the glass, really they should have took the cassette out and fitted them properly.

The door hinge capping were also missing so I made sure I only paid the balance in full once the capping turned up. If I hadn't have held money back I'm sure I would have never received either the correct window or the door cappings. That's a little lesson for everyone when dealing with cowboys like this.

I've had other problems since but I've just sorted it myself rather than having more dealings with this crew.

Avoid like the plague! I am currently in the process of starting a small claims case against these charlatans. Aftercare is none existent, my French doors have not been right since they were fitted, the company now does not return my calls, has ignored an email explaining the problem, and ignored a letter before court action (the have continued throughout this to call me to try and sell me additional items which I have clearly stated I do not want), so I guess I now have to file a submission to court. And just to add insult to injury, my bedroom window has started making a high pitched wailing/whistling sound in the high winds we've had over the past couple of days so I've had very little sleep last night, or tonight. I assume I'll have the same difficulties trying to get them to rectify the problem - a 10-year guarantee is useless if the company refuse to honor it!

Company gone belly up, but another company taken over remedial work, riped all ceiling out and now not responding and any calls, texts and messages left.
Absolute disgrace, please nobody use them......

We had two bay windows fitted the problem is the upstairs leaks and downstairs the inside frame is cracked, I have rung a number of times but they don't answer and never ring back I didn't get my warranty which is not good work ethics I won't be passing their details on, no customer after service it's a disgrace.

Exceptionally Poor Standards of Business.
06/09/23 We had our guttering facias and soffits replaced. Unfortunately whilst doing the work they broke a neighbours window.
Despite me repeatedly calling / emailing them for 4 weeks, no resolution.
Add to this we now have an end cap hanging off the gable end of the roof.
