The company which sold me the lift was poor at maintaining it and expensive. They were also going to charge me £1000 for a major replacement part which was completely unnecessary. Safe Working Lifts have taken over and we are delighted with their service. Their back office staff are pleasant and responsive and their engineers are professional, quick and thorough. The company is also excellent value for money. I strongly recommend them.

Having used 2 separate companies, the installer and the maintenance company who could not fix our lift, I contacted Safe Working Lifts, who were extremely professional, came to our rescue very quickly and found the issue which was not what we had first been led to believe and far cheaper to fix. Without a doubt our maintenance contract is in the process of being changed and we look forward to working with the professionals at Safe working lifts

Organised a visit from Safe Working Lifts for my elderly neighbour as her existing lift company let her down and wouldn't attend a breakdown until they had someone in the area.
Safe Working Lifts engineers arrived within a few hours after making the phone call and had her lift up and running shortly after, and as it wasn't a long or difficult job did not charge us for the visit. Would 100% recommend and will use again.
