Don't go near them. Part of Anglian Group and Everest Group and very quick to take a deposit. 7 days to cancel if you decide not to use them. It then takes 10-28 days to process cancellation and then 3-5 days following that to refund your deposit. On top of this even though cancelled, they continue to send you endless emails trying to get you to sign the full agreement.

I called Safestyle to get a quote for replacing a door. I was initially offered an appointment at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, but they later postponed it to the following day. I agreed to the new appointment and rearranged my work schedule to be at home. However, I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes past the scheduled time, and no one showed up.

I called Safestyle, and John answered, initially making me feel like the issue was being taken seriously. He said he would contact the contractor, and I should expect a call back within a few minutes. That call never came, and I had to chase John up twice to find out what was happening. Despite all this, the workmen never showed up.

It’s now been five days, and I’ve heard nothing—no call from the contractor, no explanation for the no-show, and no follow-up from John or anyone at Safestyle to see if the issue was resolved or to arrange a new time. Needless to say, I won’t be following up with a company that disrespects its customers in this way.

At the beginning of my journey with Safestyle I thought all would be good. The salesman John was lovely and the product looked fantastic, got offered a good deal to have all the windows in the house replaced and also replacing our existing conservatory. Not a small job!! The windows have been fitted still left with outstanding issues of windows not fitting properly and was very disappointed by the quality of the product. Have chosen to have the anthracite grey which is foiled wrapped on top of the white PVC. Wow the finish is appalling and looks like it will constantly need to be repaired. Edges of window joints are incredibly rough on all windows. Quality leaves a lot to be desired. Then as if that's not enough I then have the conservatory installed, that commenced on Monday 19th July, and then on the Wednesday they found that the glass wasn't delivered, which then turned out that it hadn't even been manufactured!! Why start a conservatory without all the products!! Common sense really which Safestyle really don't have at all. Then after convincing them that I need some sort of roof on Friday morning they fitted a ply wood temporary roof. I was promised on the Monday that Chris from the Crayford depot would ring me to arrange when glass would be coming. He never calls you have to constantly chase up, No glass I was told on Monday!! I asked to speak to Martin Pike, who is the regional director but he hasn't had the courtesy of calling or even emailing me!! No surprise with this company. I found out on Tuesday where and when my glass will be ready, Monday 2 August!! Not that anyone from Safestyle has had the decency to call. Last night it rained a lot and I had water running down the insides of my conservatory walls!! Now I have damp walls. Now this will be costing Safestyle more than just sorting out my conservatory it is also the redecoration, as have to say when the windows are fitted I believe a lot more care should be taken not to ruin the current decoration. I only moved into the house at end of October and had the entire house redecorated not that you would believe that now!! This is the biggest mistake I have taken choosing Safestyle and just want to cry at the state of my house. You have ruined my house thanks Safestyle!!!!"

I must say I am extremely happy with the service provided by Safestyle. I had 8 windows and French doors all fitted within 5 hours by a very competent team, and all at a very reasonable price. I had been quoted by other companies almost £9000.00, Safe Style completed all my windows and French doors for half this price. I will be recommending Safestyle to my friends who need windows etc. 10/10 For workmanship and general friendly professional service. And another bonus is, I won’t have double glazing salesmen knocking at my door when they see the quality I now have. Well done Safestyle.

Overall this is a company I will never do business again with.

From the offset I said I wanted a like for like in terms of design for my windows, except I wanted it to be uPVC.

so I had the salesman come on and giev me the quote which we agreed on and I paid the deposit. no issues here but at that point no samples were shown to me unless I asked.

No glass samples were shown to me but I clearly said liek for like.

Once I paid the deposit and got all finances in order, the surveyor came over two days later and everything was agreed and signed. Again I mentioned I wanted like for like and I was not told this could not be done.

Once survey was done there was radio silence until I chased them on the installation date.

Finally got someone contacting me on the installation date and that was quite accuarte and the scaffolding dates and installation were all fairly seemless.

during the installation I mentioned to the fitters that the obscure glass is not what we asked for as it was not like for like, even though the surveyor put a different glass in contract without showing me sample. but as I mentioned like for like not sure why they changed it.

The fitters said this can easily be changed and they would also get teh bars for the sash windows which would be done within 7 days of the fitting.

this has still not been done, and I have contacted the company and they said no we have not agreed this. Even though the fitters wrote it down.

One of the most terrible experiences I have had with a company, which is a shame as I felt the fitters were good. but the customer service is terrible.

What is the point of a 10 year guarantee if the customer service is terrible.

STAY away from this company if you can.

The door we order came earlier than initially told, great we thought but that was where the good luck stopped. They arrived and installed the door ok but when they left we noticed a few floors, individually not too bad but when you spend this much on a door you want it perfect. Nearly all of the door furniture was wrong colour, in fact a mishmash of different colours, so they didn't install and was told somebody would call to arrange replacements to be installed, only they didn't ring after after lots of chasing I finally got a date for them to even come round and look at the door, a whole month later!!! Not currently happy but let's see what happens when they do finally come round. If they fix it I'll happily change my review to a satisfied customer but at the moment not happy...

Safestyle Team were extremely helpful in advising and accommodating the making of customised sliding conservatory windows; very impressed with price and materials. Team installing windows very professional, efficient and clean. So impressed I asked them to replace my bathroom window and now about to have porch doors replaced. From customer services, salesmen, surveyors to installation team cannot praise them highly enough. Actual windows (and I have no doubt) the doors about to be installed are of finest quality, meet all safety standards and have not let me down yet - I've had the conservatory windows a good few years now. From the first point of contact to installation of porch doors done within approximately 4 weeks. They also offer reasonable finance terms if required. Would definitely highly recommend this company.

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. The young lady who can for the initial consultation was helpful, informative and not pushy in the slightest. Booking the survey and then the actual fitting of the doors was seamless. And the guy who fitted them was meticulous, cleared up perfectly and was so polite and courteous. The final result is amazing. We love our doors and they feel so secure. We had other companies come to quote but the sales people were so pushy and kept calling afterwards, it really put us off. We’re looking to get our windows done next.
