Fantastic shopping experience at Sainsbury’s! The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. The store is well-maintained, and the checkout process is quick and easy. I particularly enjoy their promotions and deals, which offer great value for money. A wonderful place to shop!

Great Sainsbury’s with the added convenience of an underground car park. It’s spacious and makes shopping much easier, especially in bad weather. The store is well-stocked, clean, and staff are always friendly. Having the parking right there saves a lot of hassle—definitely a bonus for anyone driving!

I take my 84 year old Mum shopping here every week. She is not able to embrace the new technology required for smart shopping and is not physically able to unload and reload her trolley for self checkout. The recent removal of tradional tills is therefore difficult for us. To make matters worse the technology for scan and shop did not work today! To cap it all, the two passengers lifts which are necessary for her to safely get to the store due to her limited mobility were out of order AGAIN!

When I come to store there is one employee name Gaurang , he becomes so aggressive without any reason

When I ask 1-2 questions relate to order and he becomes aggressive to me in Hindi language. He shout on me without any reason.

He is so rude less. The when I ask a question he said this is not my work. And become aggressive.

So please look in the matter the thing happen on 23 oct 2024 at around 19:18 . I also mention his name is Gaurang he is standing near the self checkout counter.

Woman at self checkout today around 5pm needs firing or re training because she was so rude to me and my mother it was horrible. She was giving us dirty looks leaned up against our checkout saying “you have to scan that” we were like yes we know and my mum put her fruit in the bag n scanned the bag then took out one fruit to scan and she goes “if you had just listened to what I said before you wouldn’t have to do that” in a very hostile tone giving us a dirty look. Staff should never speak to customers in this way it’s disgusting and it put me and my mum in a bad mood. Her name began with an R it was maybe 4 letters she was an Asian lady with her hair in a bun didn’t see properly she was hiding her badge because she knew she was in the wrong. Disgraceful. I will take this up with a manager

This store has gone down hill rapidly, invariably only one till open with a member of staff, recently the queue for this was so long I opted to use the self service tills, almost all of them were closed due to low staff levels and no one to supervise the self service, (how is it possible to close all manned tills then have almost all self service tills closed, creating cattle market like queues) the store is no longer pleasant to visit, with no feel good vibe, I used to chat (albeit briefly) to staff but almost all of them have been replaced with machines, if you need help forget it.....utter chaos, horrible shopping experience.... Also what happened to the plan for another on site café? at least that might have helped to mitigate the awful in store shopping experience.... I am choosing to shop elsewhere as much as I can, even if it is the closest store to me, it's policies and brash clinical feel are going to push customers to shop elsewhere

Love this store. Staff are friendly and helpful. On my visit this time the down travelator was not moving which was a bit of a pain but overall a pleasant experience. Nice big store with plenty of choice and a big free car park.

This sainsbury's is a very terrible and poor place for me to buy things of them plus the staff are very mean and rude their any time it always comes smart shop and look how I was treated by a slim white man who works at the self checkout based on my items because I scanned something that coast 10 to 20p on the handset of smart shop app and asked me why 11p ginger ? and why did I do that and I said because Idk ?‍♀️ and then started to scan all the items that I didn't scan on the self checkout and I was about to insert my card and pay for everything but next brought the security staff to come over and took all the items away from me then the black security staff was touching my lanyard and I said to them that they're not ment to be doing that kind of a thing by touching a customer's lanyard like that because they don't know if the that customer leaked their lanyard card or not and what of if the staff got germs from the customer now and they went to hospital because of a customer , now who's fault is it that the staff went to hospital just because of a customer.
The persons fault is the staff who works there because they shouldn't have touched the customer plus they should have asked the customer to show their id card to the staff instead of them touching the customer in a disrespectful way. All thanks to whoever they're as a staff plus the security staff because they're the ones who made me to cry ? ? too much and to stripe myself in a naked way and to be on floor and now they should be the one who's going to pay me back the money for my school uniform that they've made me to do and some of them are trying to stop ✋️ me from being naked in the store where people are looking at me but I said is there fault for touching me and plus not allowing me to pay for the item and next thing they phoned the police to come and collect me to go home and I said to the security that the police are here for me and one of them said the police are not coming to collect me and I said to them that the police is and they're telling me that they know more than me as a customer and next the police was there to pick me up and drop me home and they've taken all my details and now they all know who I'm plus I've been told by the that I'm banned from the store that I'm not allowed to come there anymore.
When they saw me naked they wanted to buy a clothe for me but I said no that if they do I'll still ripe it even more and more because they've all turned me into a crazy person who had too much alcohol drugs when I don't drink alcohol and I've told them that I'm an austic person but still they don't want to listen to what I say plus non of them know how austic people do and they really need to close this store because they don't know how to respect costumers but they want customer's to respect them and that's not possible for a customer to respect them while they're not respecting the customer's and this is not my first time that I've been going their and it never happens there's always good communication between me and them but now it's gone terrible and bad. I've been very nice to them but still they're being rude to me and saying that I should stop shouting at them but I'm not shouting at them they're the ones who is making me to chose the right to shout at them . Must of them are very evil man.
Honestly that shop should be closed and it shouldn't be sainsbury's anymore for life . It should be a house for people to live in or a school for people with special needs or a food bank shop instead of sainsbury's. Break this shop down and build some houses ? or schools or a church ⛪️ over their and remove sainsbury's out of it .
We don't need sainsbury's at Abbey Wood anymore because it's a drunk one.
Bye bye and fuck the staffs who works there.
