Terrible customer service. Not only is a customer calling about the 3rd ASP Quick Dip starter kit that bottle 2/4 is dangerous as it melts the brushes and the glass bottles it comes in to the lid, also the brush had smoke coming off it.. Yet you called us a liar, yes same problem all 3 kits, but also refused to check if a replacement was in stock as she had customers to attend to (well darling if you answer the phone I am then your only priority as you were not to busy to answer the call) but then to just hang up the phone thinking I don't here you say "p##s o##" is just plain disgusting.
I phoned because we have a hour round trip to your store and did not want to waste our time if you didn't have it in stock.. Not a unusual request.
You have now cost us in 2 days of income and I will be billing your head office for compensation for loss of earnings possibly loss of customers.
Your head office however when we called informed us that we had to start off complaints at store level..
Terrible service.
Will be advising everyone to avoid Sally's and Salon services verbally and via social media platforms..
We do have photo evidence and the phone call was also on load speaker with 2 witnesses..
The product is not safe and I will also inform the Health and safety Executive at the council
