Heater broke down within manufacturer's warranty period.
Emailed Saturn and they advised tube element was not covered in warranty but tge ceramic holder was, as such placed order for tube and ceramic holder sent too FOC.
Only downside to experience was that they don't seem to answer phone when you ring them.

I was in the market a few months ago for a split A/C system after last year's awful heatwave. After checking out a few companies I finally came across Saturn Sales, and called them up for a bit of technical advice on what system to get. I think from Howard?

Next afternoon I ordered a Mitsubishi SRK, installation kit and Wi-Fi adapter. They were all delivered promptly, with appropriate delivery instructions on how to find our hard to locate address.

I found a local A/C engineer to install the system and he was very relieved to see I had bought a Mitsubishi system rather than one of the cheaper brands, and told me it should give me many years of reliable service.

The system has been running for about 2 months now and is truly excellent.

They offer details on doing a DIY install (including rental of vacuum pump) but I got the system installed professionally for not much more than the rental of the pump, including brazing of the pipework rather than using flared connections.

Anyway, happy with the system and happy with service received. No complaints here.

Great customer services and excellent technical knowledge, particularly with the heat pump range.
Delivery lead times were given honestly, practically, and met exactly as promised. . Something so simple is very important to me, so I can keep my customers happy and arrange my staff accordingly.

Genuinely brilliant service from all of the team. Assisted me from start to finish with any questions I had with the install, especially Howard. Delighted with the outcome of my install and has delivered exactly what I wanted.

Each delivery was super quick, often next day. I ordered the main split system and fitting kit, then the trunking and electrical accessories followed by the pump to ensure it was leak free.

Seem less process from start to finish. Will use again without question.

Such a pleasant company to do business with. I called to check on availability of a product advertised on their website - the phone was answered promptly and a very helpful lady not only checked the computer stock list, but actually went down to the warehouse to check it was physically there before confirming - no "I'll have to call you back", which I have found with other suppliers. I placed an order on the website that afternoon (Thursday) and the product (new combined swimming pool pump and filter set) arrived just after lunch time on the Friday - delivery free. I will use them again!
