One forklift driver... so far waited half an hour, been told another 20-30 minutes. Drivers need to me moving to be earning, no wonder there's a lack of hgv drivers

Massive place😉
Went for a collection,about 40 minutes after closing time even that they have loaded my van,a huge thanks to this forklift driver very approachable and friendly.

Quality is not anything close to what it was used to be.

But worse doesn’t honour warranty at all, blaming it on owner or garage.

There’s Either different t quality being supplied to the manufacturer OE market or there’s going to be some unhappy car manufacturers.

Used to be a good part did luk with a good warrenty but unfortunately not now independent garage been using luk for years in the last 12 months 4 out of 8 flywheels and clutch kits failed. Never had a problem with warrentys till this last year will not be using them any more batley west Yorkshire. Shame to see a good name destroying it's own reputation but here we are all about the cost saving now and it shows better off with a national 😉 well done luk lost a lot of money here I gave you the benefit of the dought but no more

Be aware this is a big company with an appalling approach to warranty claims! I will only buy this product when supplied as an original equipment part through a vehicle manufacturer. When ever a problem occurs it is blamed on the small repair guy who has little chance of proving his claim against this goliath.

Worst clutch supplier, do not pay on on warranty claims, products are very low quality. Always blaming the small garage.
